In his 20s and 30s, a Georgia -born athlete named Terry Gene Bollea took the pro-wrestling world by storm, igniting “Hulkamania” around the world as the six-time WWE world champion Hulk Hogan. Since then, Hogan’s personal life has been filled with some very public highs and lows, but one thing is undeniable — at age 62, Hogan has kept up his famous physique.
From his home in Florida, he takes “Oprah: Where Are They Now?” on a tour of his personal gym. “This is the garage gym that’s a 120 degrees all day long,” he says in the above video.
Hogan says staying fit boils down to three things. “Come down to the gym for an hour and a half every day, use light weights and try to be consistent with eating good food,” he says.
The key word is try, Hogan adds. “Every once in a while, I’m addicted to chocolate, and I’ll go off on a binge,” he admits.
As for his workout routine, Hogan likes to keep it simple — you won’t find the latest fitness fads or high-tech trends in his home gym. “I stick to the basics,” he says. “The leg extensions, the leg curls, dumbbells, the crossover machines.”
Wife Jennifer McDaniel says Hogan’s favorite workout is anything that has to do with bulking up his arms. “I call mine the little garden snakes, his are the pythons,” she says. “So I can do like, 20 pounds on the Preacher Curl, and I think he does 120.”
After dabbling in everything from wrestling to reality TV to music, Hogan has good reason for keeping up appearances at the gym. “Well throughout the years, I’ve said, ‘Big arms, big paychecks,’ so I spend a lot of time here,” he says.
Hulk Hogan’s restaurant called Hogan’s Beach has closed. TheTampa Bay Times is reporting the establishment was closed after a local real estate investor closed on the sale of the Best Western Bay Harbor hotel, which included the restaurant for $34.5 million. The deal closed on Monday.
The closing of the restaurant and the end of Hogan’s association with the property reportedly didn’t have anything to do with recent racist controversy.
Triple H called into Greg and the Morning Buzz on Thursday and discussed whether or not WWE would have Hulk Hogan back and why he was fired.
Hunter hopes there is a day when Hogan will be welcomed back to WWE. He explained WWE had to show how they’ll react to things and they did what they had to do. Now, Hogan has to do what he needs to do to restore his public image. Triple H talked about people wanting to see someone on top fall and when they fall, they want to see them make a comeback. Hunter believes Hogan will one day be forgiven, make amends with the world and move forward.
Hulk Hogan used his verified Twitter account over the weekend to dispel rumors that he’s returning to WWE. Hogan stated he hasn’t spoken with the company about appearing at Wrestlemania 32 later this year but noted he would be there in spirit.
WWE Hall of Famer Hulk Hogan spoke to Sports Illustrated’s Extra Mustard recently. You can check out a few highlights below:
“If I was Roman Reigns, I would just listen to what the people want. If they want to boo me, then it’s like Razor Ramon would say–’I’ll be the ‘Bad Guy’ for you.’ Roman Reignsshould be as evil as he wants. If they’re booing him, then that’s what they want to see.”
“Triple H has stood the test of time. When he is in the ring, everybody loves watching him wrestle. His work goes back to DX and the NWO–the more evil he is, the more the people cheer him. Wrestling is in his blood, and people know what to expect when he gets in the ring, so people cheer his ass.”
Working at WrestleMania events:
“Once you get there in front of 100,000, the final element is how you respond to the people. Usually by the time you get to a crowd that big, you already have your act together. With a crowd that big–even if you bodyslam a giant–the signals come back awkwardly. It’s such a sea of people, you need to be able to read the crowd and roll to it. That’s why you see Triple H perform on a different level to connect with the crowd. That’s the mental aspect, and that shows you who the masters are out there.”
Hogan also goes on to talk about the Gawker trial and much more.

Michael Bay’s Transformers franchise has begun a transformation of its own. With Age of Extinction, the franchise has set out on a new path seemingly completely separate from where it began in 2007. Part of this change involves a larger emphasis on the titular shape-shifting robots, as well as bringing in new actors to play the Transformer’s human counterparts. Mark Wahlberg will once again headline the next installment in the Transformers franchise, but we’ve just learned that an up-and-coming Nickelodeon actress will definitely join him on this adventure.
Actress Isabela Moner recently took to Twitter to announce that her next major project will take the form as a role in the upcoming Transformers: The Last Knight alongside Mark Wahlberg:
So it seems that the next Transformers movie just added its next major human actor to help Mark Wahlberg kick some robot ass. We can now confirm recent rumors that seemed to indicate that Isabela Moner will portray a character by the name of Izabella in the latest sci-fi/action adventure. After three movies headlined by Shia LaBeouf, the series shifted the focus away from his character Sam Witwicky to Mark Wahlberg’s Cade Yeager. The latest installment in the Transformers franchise represented something of a soft-reboot for the franchise to follow this new protagonist – as well as an increased emphasis on the Transformers themselves – so it remains unclear exactly how newcomer Izabella may factor into the narrative of the upcoming film, but earlier reports surrounding her casting had indicated that the character will be a street-smart “tomboy” who can look after herself in the face of all this Michael Bay-inspired chaos.
Despite her young age, Isabela Moner has kept herself incredibly busy over the last few years. At 14 years of age, she has appeared in numerous Nickelodeon projects, and has experience in both live-action, and voice acting. Although her biggest credits to date mostly come in the form of TV movies and series, Transformers: The Last Knight seems to represent a major effort for her to break into the film industry in earnest. In addition to the latest Transformers movie, she also finds herself currently working on The Nut Job 2, adding further credence to her versatility in both live-action, as well as animation.
A few days after Isabela Moner revealed her involvement in the upcoming Michael Bay film, the director announced the subtitle and established the official designation of the film as Transformers: The Last Knight. Ms. Moner used this opportunity to confirm that she is very much involved in the upcoming Transformers adventure.
In his upcoming comedy, “Daddy’s Home,” Mark Wahlberg competes with his ex-wife’s new husband, played by Will Ferrell, to win the affection of his kids.
The actor said he had to get into top shape for the film — especially since in one scene, he’s doing several one-arm pull-ups effortlessly. Wahlberg, 44, told E! News that when he filmed that scene he “did probably about 700 that day.”
“We did many takes from many angles,” he added.
Wahlberg admitted to having a little movie magic help him with his onscreen workout. A “gentleman underneath” provided support for him, he said.
“They didn’t want me to sound like I was giving an effort whatsoever,” Wahlberg explained, “so I’m talking very calmly during the push-ups and then the pull-ups.”
Ferrell said it’s one of the most memorable scenes in the film. “I think it’s the funniest scene that Mark doesn’t break a sweat,” he continued. “We’re just having this very civil conversation while Mark goes through this intense workout.”
Wahlberg said he had to get into “great shape” to portray his character, Dusty.
“We were shooting right around the holidays, which is when I really love to splurge. So I wasn’t able to drink anything or eat anything other than a strict diet,” he explained.
Mark Wahlberg proudly showed off his bulging muscles while running errands in LA – and there was nothing left to the imagination in this outfit.
The dad-of-four sported a questionable looking dad-like outfit – a pale blue polo shirt and terrible trainers, transforming for the outing.
A far cry from the usual tank tops he sports in his films, the Hollywood actor looked ready for the golf course as he finished off his look with a very odd fitting pair of trousers.
The grey bottoms were fairly tight on the muscly hunk leaving little room for anything else. Walking across the road the Ted 2 star held onto his phone as he listened to music. Marky Mark is well known for his ripped physique and is already familiar with showing it off.
The former rapper started on the road to fame as a Calvin Klein model where a bulky package was an absolute must to fill out those tight whites. Mark’s good friend and singer Justin Bieber recently took up the star’s old job as he posed shirtless for the designer brand.
In an interview with E! Wahlberg revealed: “He sent me a picture and I was like, ‘Dude, don’t send me a picture of you in your underwear. That’s crossing the line. I don’t need to see a picture of you in your underwear.”
He joked: “I’ll probably see it when I’m driving down the street, and I’ll still try to avoid it.”
